The Scrub Factory is dedicated to exceeding our customer's expectations by offering excellent service and high quality products at an affordable price. Since 1995 we've been providing both unique items and classic uniform styles to customers across the country and around the world. Our colorful prints, solids, and accessories were selected to complement one another in many combinations, making it easy to look your best.

How do I know my personal information is secure?

Scrub Factory utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. All information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. That means you don't have to worry about placing your order on-line.

Additionally, the information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping, billing and contact purposes -- it will never be sold to third parties.

Can you please explain the shipping process and charges?

We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. We will ship your order within 3 business days of your order date. In most cases, we will ship within 1-2 days. If there is any delay, we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please call us at 1-800-727-8201.

We ship Priority Mail or UPS Standard Ground within the continental U.S. Shipping charges are as follows:

We ship our merchandise worldwide. Shipments made to areas outside the United States may require additional charges.

What about backorders?

Once the original shipping and handling charge is paid, Scrub Factory will ship all items on backorder at no additional shipping charge.

What's your exchange/return policy?

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we are unable to accept returned merchandise that thas been washed or worn. If any item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it in a new and unused condition within 30 days of your purchase and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit less the original shipping and handling charges. Please indicate whether you are returning or exchanging the product. If exchanging, indicate the product of your choice. Shipping fees are not refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Scrub Factory accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards, in addition to Money Orders and C.O.D. (add $7.00) for phone or fax orders. After filling out our online checkout form an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. At shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund. The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.

Do you charge sales tax?

Due to the location of our stores, we are required by law to collect applicable tax on all shipments to California and Utah. No tax will be added to orders that ship to addresses outside of California or Utah. If applicable, the appropriate tax will be automatically added to your order total.

Do you have a product quality guarantee?

Absolutely. We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs, we will revalue or replace the item. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. What if I have problems ordering on-line?

The first step, if you are experiencing problems ordering our products on-line, is to make sure you have enabled cookies on your browser. For Internet Explorer users, please follow the following steps to ensure your settings are appropriate for on-line ordering:

1. Click "Tools" then select "Internet Options" (from the menu at the top of your web browser)
2. Click on the "Security" tab at the top of the window that pops up
3. You'll notice a section on this popup screen that says "Security level
   for this zone". If the bar reads "High" move it down one notch
   to "Medium". Otherwise, your Security settings are already correct.
4. Now click on the "Privacy" tab at the top of the window that pops up.
5. If the setting here says "Block All Cookies", move the slider down one notch to "High". Otherwise, your Privacy settings are already correct.
6. Now simply click the "Apply" button. Then click the "OK" button and
   you're all set.
